About Full Audit
Clear answers start with asking the right questions.
Full Audit was built around a simple idea: business owners shouldn’t have to become marketing experts just to understand whether the marketing they’re paying for is actually doing its job.
I’m Brenna Hatfull, the marketer behind Full Audit—and I’m here to help you figure out what’s really going on.
Put a Face to the Findings
Hi, I’m Brenna Hatfull!
I’m a digital marketer, strategic thinker, and professional question-asker with more than five years of experience across SEO, websites, advertising, social media, email marketing, analytics, and strategy.
Over the past five-plus years, I’ve worked on the marketing I’m now auditing—from building websites and managing SEO to developing campaigns, analyzing performance, working with clients, and helping shape the strategy behind it all.
And working across that many parts of marketing taught me something important: the problem isn’t always where everyone is looking.
A paid campaign can look fine while the landing page is losing leads. Traffic can be growing while tracking is broken. An agency report can be full of green arrows while the business owner is wondering why the phone isn’t ringing.
That’s why I don’t evaluate marketing in neat little boxes. I follow the trail.
I notice those gaps, ask the questions that need to be asked, and help business owners understand what the full picture is really saying.
Full Audit Started with a Question
Before Full Audit was a business, I had business owners asking me to take a second look at their marketing.
They weren’t necessarily looking for another agency. They wanted someone who understood marketing to look at what they already had and tell them, plainly, “Is this actually being done well?”
So I started digging.
I looked at the websites, search visibility, advertising, tracking, strategy, and how everything connected. Sometimes I found problems. Sometimes I found work that deserved more credit than it was getting.
But the value wasn’t in finding something wrong.
It was finally giving the business owner an answer they could trust.
That became Full Audit.

Why Full Audit Exists
Your marketing shouldn’t require blind trust.
Business owners are often expected to invest thousands of dollars in marketing while relying on the same people receiving that money to explain whether it’s working.
Most owners don’t have the time—or the desire—to become experts in SEO, attribution, paid media, conversion tracking, or every other piece of digital marketing. And honestly, they shouldn’t have to.
I created Full Audit to give businesses an informed, independent perspective.
I’m not reviewing your marketing because I need to find a problem. I’m reviewing it to find the truth.
Sometimes that means uncovering wasted spending, broken tracking, missed opportunities, or strategies that aren’t delivering. Other times, it means confirming that your current agency or internal team is doing a solid job.
Either way, you deserve a straight answer.
